What Is the Return Time Period?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to decide if you want to keep or return your items. No returns will be accepted beyond 14 days of receiving your order. All FINAL SALE items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return.
What Items Are Eligible for Return?
ONLY Full Priced Merchandise submitted for a return request within 14 days of receiving your order will be considered for Return. NO RETURNS WILL BE APPROVED FOR FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE.
- Products must be in original condition and have the original tags attached.
- All items must be returned with the original receipt or a copy of the original receipt.
- If you do not meet these requirements, your returned item will be regrettably forfeited.
Is Proof of Purchase Required with My Return?
- Yes. Proof of purchase must be provided (invoice that was included in the shipment).
- Package your tagged & unused items along with the original receipt or a copy of the original receipt.
- Tags must be intact and items in unused original condition.
- FINAL SALE items are excluded & will not be eligible for return.
How Will My Return Be Credited?
- If your return request is approved, returned items will be credited back to you for the full amount of the purchase price to your original method of payment.
- Once the item is received at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
- Original shipping charges will not be credited or refunded when returning items.
What Do I Do If My Return Includes Promotional Gifts?
- Promotional gifts with purchase must be returned to receive a full refund to your original form of payment or the value of the free gift will be deducted out of the refund.
- You may keep the promotional gifts with purchase if your order spend level (excluding tax) would still qualify after your return is processed.
Do You Offer Exchanges?
- We currently are unable to process exchanges.
- If you need to exchange a regular-priced item for another item, please treat the exchange as a return and then place a new order online for the correct item.
- We only offer credit or a refund for eligible items that have received a return approval. Once processed, you can then reorder the correct item.
- ONLY Full Priced Merchandise submitted for a return request within 14 days of receiving your order will be considered for Return.
- NO returns will be approved for FINAL SALE merchandise.
Final Sale Defects
If a Final Sale item is found to be defective, we reserve the right to replace the item with the same product in good condition if the item is in stock instead of issuing a refund.
Unavailable Items
If any items in your order are unavailable we reserve the right to issue a refund for the out of stock items without a prior notice and ship the remaining items on the order.

3 Easy Steps to Process Your Return
1. Sign Into Your Account & Submit a Return Request
- Access your account here or click the profile icon in your store's menu.
- Sign In - Enter your email address and click "Continue." A six-digit verification code will be sent to your email, which you will enter to login. No password is required.
- Select Your Order - Once signed in, click "Request Return" on the order you want to return. Please note: Only fulfilled or partially fulfilled orders are eligible.
- Select Items - If the order has multiple items, please select which ones you would like to return.
- Provide a Reason - Please select a return reason. A note can be included.
- Submit - Click "Request Return" to submit your return request.
2. Package Your Items & Invoice
Once your return is authorized, package your unused items along with the original receipt or a copy of the original receipt.
3. Ship Your Return
Drop your package off at your preferred shipping carrier. Once our warehouse receives the package, we process refunds within 10 business days.
